LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

Expanded Academic ASAP (Gale Cengage Learning) is a general database with indexing for journal, magazine and newspaper articles, with many of the articles available full text.

Alternative Press Index (OCLC FirstSearch) is a comprehensive, up-to-date guide to alternative sources of information from 290 alternative periodicals, newspapers and magazines on the practices and theories of cultural, economic, political, and social change.
America: History and Life (Ebsco) gives citations and abstracts for articles dealing with history of the United States and Canada from prehistory to the present.
AtoZMapsOnline.com is a database of thousands of proprietary, royalty-free world, continent, country, and state maps. Included are: political maps, physical maps, outline maps, population maps, precipitation maps, climate maps, and other thematic maps.
