LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

The ETRC would not be able to provide access to our material either online or in the Center without the help of various funding agencies. Here is a list of agencies that have generously awarded funds to the ETRC:
Institute of Museum and Library services, Connecting to Collections Bookshelf, 2008. Treasured objects and artifacts held by the ETRC will be preserved for future generations with help from the IMLS Connecting to Collections Bookshelf, a core set of conservation books, DVD's, and online resources donated by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), the primary source of federal funding of the nation’s museums and libraries. IMLS and its cooperator, the American Association for State and Local History (AASLH), will award a total of 2,000 free sets of the IMLS Bookshelf by the end of 2008.
