LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

Kappa Kappa Psi, Gamma Phi Chapter, was organized at Stephen F. Austin State University in 1957. The purpose of the organization is to "promote the existence and general welfare of the college band through higher ideals and raised standards of conduct and performance." Membership requirements are satisfactory band membership for one semester and a grade average of C or better. To join, one has to first receive an invitation and then satisfactorily complete pledgeship.
Included in the scrapbooks are hundreds of original color photos of a variety of chapter activities and some chapter correspondence and programs.
