LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

When visiting the library, alumni have access to a range of resources and services. Please contact your Research & Instructional Services (RIS) librarian for your information needs.
Call or email a RIS Librarian from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday for personalized research assistance.

SFA alumni can apply for a free library card to check out materials from Steen Library and Nacogdoches Public Library.
Book delivery service is not available. Your RIS librarian will work with you to use your local public or academic library to obtain the items you need if you live outside of the local area. Please contact Circulation Services at 936-468-1497 with questions about borrowing and lending.
