AARC VISIT VERIFICATION FORMS

Many professors and study hall directors want their students to offer proof that they have been to the AARC. We offer two means for AARC visit verification.

Pink Slips

A student can request a Pink Slip at the end of a tutoring session; including private sessions, groups, and walk-in table services. Only the tutor can procure the verification slip for the client. These forms are kept in a secure area of the AARC with limited accessibility. They are signed by the tutor and hand-stamped with a secret symbol. The client can then present the Pink Slip to his or her professor or study hall monitor. If a slip were ever to appear dubious, the professor or study hall monitor may contact our office at 936 468 1439 for further verification.

This form is commonly used by:

Conference Reports

This digitized verification form is used exclusively by students receiving tutoring at the Writing and English Center. The writing tutor completes a brief description of the writing skills discussed in the session for an individual client. Both the client and the professor automatically receive a copy of the conference report for tracking purposes. Any questions regarding Conference Reports should be directed to Jackson Brown, Writing and English Program Director.
