LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

Woo Hoo! AARC tutors do not have to advance in the tutor certification program. We know that some of you are just too busy and that is A-okay with us! But if you do advance, you get a new, cool title and more money!
You can move up one level per semester. Tell your Program Director (PD) that you want to level up at the beginning of the semester, and they will tell you what to do next.
The AARC can tout the highest level of certification with the College Reading and Learning Association. We are one of only two learning centers in the nation at this level!
All AARC newbies must attend the five AARC wide workshops on the first five Fridays of the semester 1:00-2:00. All tutors are encouraged to attend. These workshops cover paraprofessional development in the following learning domains:
