LibQUAL+ is a suite of services that can be used to assess and improve library services. The survey, which takes 10-15 minutes to complete, includes 27 questions on users expectations for specific resources, services, and environment; demographic questions, questions about respondents' use of Steen Library, and a box for comments.

Once a year, the AARC honors a SI Professor for outstanding support of the SI Program. SI offers a unique opportunity for a professor to select and mentor to an SI Leader--a stellar student majoring in the discipline of the professor who leads study groups for the professor’s class. The relationship between the professor and the SI Leader hones the scholarship and leadership skills of those students serving the professor. Many SI Professors inspire their SI Leaders to continue their studies in graduate school.
